Refund Policy

At Ikaraa, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we offer replacement of damaged or defective products that you have previously purchased from us. 

Ikaraa DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event the item you received is damaged or broken, we will allow you to exchange your item one time for a similar item. Please contact us by email at support@ikaraa.com and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped. Any package that is not properly covered and taped will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges. 

Ikaraa will contact you upon receipt of the package. All items must arrive back in their original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING

We will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with the return of the products.

If the product is being exchanged as requested, we will also bear the shipping costs and organize for the shipping, transportation, and collection of the product.

If after making arrangements for the transportation, shipping and inspection of the product, it is discovered that the customer is not entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, the customer shall reimburse the company of all costs incurred for the inspection, transportation and postage of the returned products.
